Singer George Michael allegedly fell out of a moving car on the M1 motorway last week and, according to a witness, narrowly avoided death.   As we previously reported, the True Faith singer was injured in a collision on Thursday (May 16) while travelling as a passenger in a vehicle on the road.   Further details have now emerged regarding the accident, with motorist Katherine Fox telling The Sun she almost hit George and had to perform an emergency stop in a bid to avoid him as he fell from the car.   Fox explained: "He was lucky he didn't die. Kanye West premiered his new track 'New Slave' last night (May 17) by projecting the video on buildings across the world.   The promo was screened in 10 cities including Sydney, London, Paris, Berlin and numerous locations in North America.   Earlier in the day, the rapper informed his fans on Twitter that he was broadcasting the "new song and visuals" in cities across the world on Friday night.
